    2. Fruit foraging
    3. Grassroots Ecology doing work in Redwood City and East Palo Alto
    4. Second hand clothing exchange
    5. Homesteading skills: making seasonal kraut, etc.
  2. Promote Interfaith Power & Light Lenten Calendar.
  3. Engage with the Oily Wells March.
  4. Update us on how we spend our UniLu Social Justice funds
  5. Notice how today’s meeting supported you as you go out into the world (if at all).
    1. Maybe the UniLu green team serves as an affinity group, a home base.
  6. Consider how to share takeaways from our meetings.
  7. Consider how our vision of environmental justice is intertwined with economic justice, racial justice, and more forms of social justice.

Values statement for Social and Environmental Justice: “Justice puts into action our hope that God’s reign works through us. Social justice springs from our conviction that all people are inherently valuable. Environmental justice springs from our conviction that all of creation is sacred. We are responsible to live in right relationship with all people and all of this living Earth.”

Taking care of nature is essential as we will have to return the favor if we want to keep breathing basically. I had to write a when I realized how much gases we release into the environment that damage it. I have tried to go all green.

I am in the green team as I support all organic things. I had learned about the all green from https://essaywriter.org/graduate-paper-writing-service as they described in their blog post. I loved how they want to save the world.

Our church sits in an ancestral homeland of the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe. Christian colonizers forced their ancestors into missions and seized their land. We grieve the loss of indigenous lives, the destruction of indigenous culture, and the commodification of indigenous land. God calls us to a right relationship with this land and its past, present, and future caretakers. Muwekma neighbors are a sovereign people. May we live in solidarity with them and repair Creation with all.
